Transmark Company created 10 pad sites and has done a build to suit for Blockbuster Video and Subway Sandwich, Ground leased a pad to McDonald’s (sold to 1031 buyer), sold pads to US Bank, Big O Tires, Amoco, Key Bank, Wendy’s, and Papa John’s and built a multi tenant retail building with Starbuck’s, $1.89 Cleaners, Sport Clips and Panda Express (sold to 1031 buyer).
