Transmark Company acquired 3 finished outparcels in the Stapleton redevelopment dubbed Quebec Square, from Forest City Enterprises. Transmark Company developed three retail shop buildings. Space was leased to: Panera Bread, UPS Store, Sport Clips, Denver Public School Credit Union, Moneytree, Panda Express, ATT Wireless and 3 Day Blinds. Upon completion Transmark Company sold the three buildings to a Tenant in Common (TIC) 1031 tax deferred exchange buyer.
