Transmark Company's goal is to develop real estate that will attract national retail tenants. To be successful, Transmark Company must follow these three steps:
- Properly determine a suitable property to acquire at an appropriate price which can be immediately developed with limited speculation.
- Obtain rents which satisfy tenant requirements and produce a reasonable return on all costs associated with project.
- Always deliver on commitments and representations made with honesty and integrity to all parties involved.
To accomplish our goals properties should be prominently located within or immediately adjacent to regional shopping malls, power centers, or large big box retailers. Other considerations.

Acquisition Size:
Property to accommodate 6,000 to 50,000 Square feet of Single or Multi Tenant retail building. -
Population:
Minimum of 50,000 within a 3 mile radius daytime populations a plus. -
Traffic Counts:
Minimum of 25,000 cars per day with visibility to site. -
Household Income:
Minimum of $45,000 or higher preferred.
